[Client] League of Legends installer crashes during installation.

Whenever I try to install League of Legends the installer begins the installation and then freezes. It gets about to 40% (Step 2/2) and then freezes my entire computer. When i restart the computer it resets to 33%. I've tried this numerous times and have only gotten the same result each time. I have searched online and found no fixes for this. I have reinstalled/updated Adobe flash and Air, reinstalled/updated Direct X software and updated Windows itself. I have also updated the graphics drivers for my computer, ran the application with admin privileges and tried the troubleshooting feature and changed the compatibility settings. (There is no Windows 10 option under compatibility settings, I'm on Win10, if that means anything) None of these fixed the problem. This is the only application i have that this happens to, no other game I have brings the same problems.

I'm not sure what to do anymore and have tried everything I can think of. If anyone knows of a fix to this please help by posting under this.
