Loot Champ cant be unlocked

I found a bug....long story short. I got Kled in a random champion shard. I didn't have enough essence to unlock Kled so i got another shard and turned it into blue essence.... Now that i have enough i wanted to "unlock" him. I did...my essence is gone and i now have an option to fully redeem Kled, but whenever i click it nothing happens. Kled is now "stuck" in my Loot section and i cant unlock him whatsoever. I tried logging out and in, tried playing a game but still nothing.
