[GAMEPLAY] Irelia's Q bug

Before anything, sorry if my English is bad.

So I don't know if this have been already said, but there's a bug with Irelia's Q where you either get the gold when killing a minion but not the cooldown reset or fail to get the killing blow but get the cooldown reset anyway. This is annoying when you want to push by Q-ing all the minions but the cooldown don't reset when you kill the minion. It's not very very common, but it's still there. I think I got this bug at least once in every match with Irelia, usually more.
