Queue Algorithm screwed up

Me and my buddy duo. Every person we queue with is fine and we win all our games until he gets in promos, then we get some severely autistic feeder who rages and feeds. We do not provoke him/her in any way, simply report them after the game is over because there is nothing else to do. He has been in plat promos 5 times already and I'm always one game away from entering. Good job riot.
