[GAMEPLAY] True damage of azir's Q and Sivir's E on ZAC

Hi In a Normal in the summoner's rift i play whit ZAC [Normal (blind pick) 29/4/2016, 58:51 ], in each fight agains enemy team i took True Damage from Azir's Q (immage in description) and from Sivir's E that one shot me i thik that was a bug. Probably also Kayle but i have no evidence.

The Death Recap is almost always false. It rarely if ever works correctly. I hope you can understand this.
