While playing a sit at a constant 80 fps (I cappes it at 80 and my computer can get a lot more so I know it isn't just frame drops, and I've been watching it) and around 70 ping. So what's happens is sometimes my mouse will disappear and come back somewhere else on the screen and weird ability delay
I have the same exact problem. My frames are stable and my ping is 49 but I get the same delay. It started happening to me about a week or so ago but no idea what the problem is. I have never had a problem like this since I have started playing league over a year ago. I have tested my internet on a couple different sites and have good ping with no packet loss. The problem has to be game related? Maybe because of one of the recent patches? If anyone knows the cause or any fixes for this please post response. I have tried everything including repairing files, changing settings, re installing, etc. but nothing has worked =(
