So I have been trying to get chests with various champs, and have been working on getting an S on MF. I finally got it, but never got a chest. When I go to my collection it doesn't show that she has given me a chest this season. Is this a bug? Or do I not understand how this system works?
Go to your profile, and it'll tell you how many chests you have available in a little chest icon. Odds are, you're out of chests for the next few days, until you get another one.

You have a 'storage' of chests. Getting a chest depletes this storage so to say. You have a certain amount you can get and when you're out, you need to wait for the storage to refill. You can check this in your profile.
