Never reconnecting back!

Every time my network stops even for a second or a minute it says "trying to reconnect" and when my network is back the game load the time i was away and then again says "trying to reconnect" even tho i have network. I tried to wait it and have waited around 10 minutes and still nothing. This happened around the middle of the preseason and still happens. Every time my net stops for a split second i have to quit the game reload and reconnect which takes around two to three minutes. Almost one of three games i lose at least two minutes on that problem and I had a lot of reports for that. Since the middle of the preseason i haven't reconnected a game automatically. Please fix it if it is a bug or give me advises on how to fix it by myself. Thank you in advance!
