In Game Disconnects

So I've been playing league all year and recently within the past three months I have been get at least once a game disconnect message popping up and I tab out and my internet is working perfectly fine. This happens for and totally ruins my game and sets me behind constantly and it doesn't help when I'm trying to rank up. Please find out what the problem is and fix it because it is ruining the experience for me. Thanks
