log in problems

Every time I try to log in, it always takes such a long time (5-6 min) and when i do log in, it says 90% of the time that i am not connected and need it needs to reconnect. Then it fails and i need to quit. Sometimes if i restart my pc then it works 1 time. But this is also not working anymore
