Cant play jax anymore

So I decided to buy Jax after wrecking with new sion and teemo . At first, there was a glitch at the top left screen saying that I now had -1164 influence points (Had around 1400 before, Jax was 1350). But then I tried to play team builder but his icon didnt show up, I even searched his name. I went back to my profile and the champions I owned and it said that I already bought him, but I cant play him. Please help!
