Screen moved

my whole window is moved that i can´t reach the bottom side and my by that i can´´t move my camera down

it started as i was in my nasus game where i had some dc´s but that´s another story, after getting back from a cd i say my screen like you can see on the picture and i figured out that i can only continue if my screen is locked to my champion...

i hope you can help me
