I Can't Use the Shop

I was loading into a , when i spawned i pressed "p" to open the shop. When i did this the shop had no response. I then clicked the Character in the shop and that didnt work either. I then spammed click on my gold count in the right corner. By this time im franically checking ym keybindings to make sure i was presssing the right keys. I decided to go to the jungle without any items , when i tried to use my "w" i wasn't allowed to eiteher. I would later put a skillpint in all my abilities and they wouldnt work. I then closed and reopened my clients several times in game because I had no other ideas on what to do. I ended up backing out of the game and then repairing my client, and when i went to play the same problem happened, please help.
