My skins and champs got removed or disappeared!

As the subject says about 170 of my skins were removed and also some champions. This happened when patch 8.22 was released. When i logged in I had a default icon and when I went to look at my collection I saw that some of my champs were locked even the ones i have on level 7 (http://prntscr.com/lggeo2). So after that i checked my skins tab and also saw that about 170 skins were removed or disappeared. My only skins remaining were the ones from season 2 to season 6.(http://prntscr.com/lggg64). Riot support wont answer or is extremelly slow. I tried repairing game or logging in from different pc so it needs to be a server problem or something.
