My game is not opening

is it only me or the game is acting crazy.

I queued for a ranked game, after the champ select I didn't get the connecting screen where you you wait for everyplayer to be fully connected. instead of that I got black screen and I had to restart my PC to get out of it and they have probably remaked but I didn't get the AFK penalty. Although this happened on my both accounts from EUNE.

now when I tried to log in again it tells me that my password or username is wrong for both accounts also the PBE one.
