FPS Drop in Ivern Update
Ever since the update im only getting 1 - 5 fps and the game is completely unplayable.

I'm getting the major fps drops as well. Sitting at about 22 fps which for me is unplayable as well. Upon loading my graphics card immediately goes to 100% usage.
