Stuck in the game

I started a TFT game few hours ago, and it shows reconnect in one moment. I waited for 5 mins and checked my internet, all good. However, I am stuck in that game now. I can not reconnect and I can not start a new game. It already 3 hours form the game I started, and I still in that game. What is that?
