Singed can't snare Master yi while Yi is using ult

If Master Yi is using his ult, Singed is unable to snare him with his goo fling. This bug probably happens because of the way the game checks if Singed successfully landed the fling on his goo, which is by seeing if the target is slowed at the end. Since Master Yi cannot be slowed while in ult the game fails to see that Master Yi indeed landed on the goo and should be snared. This bug exists for over a year now and happens 100% of the times and since this is the only counterplay Singed has against Master Yi it makes it really annoying to play against one
