rip hextech crafting

so on my summoner traptard on the eune server i dont seem to be getting any keyfragments or just a very little amount, like for the last month i think i have gotten one fragment with probably more than 50 games 100 maybe and like half about half should be wins so, so i should be getting some atleast, i know there is a limitation of 4 keys // 12 keyfragments per month but i dont really get any so yeah rip hextechcrafting i guess. and it has been going on like all year i guess but i dont really have that good memory to remember all fragments i got, or wich month it was maybe i got some in febuary.
