There is what i believe to be a bug with this item in that it's cooldown isn't lowered in URF and remains at a standard 120 second cooldown.

Only actives have the reduced cooldown

Thought duskblade had a 90 sec cd, not 120

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but I know that Lich Bane also does not have its cooldown reduced in URF. It's only a 2 second cooldown, so not very noticeable, but still. Maybe it's not supposed to be lowered.

A) Only actives have their cds reduced in URF, and B) Assassins do quite well there already, no need to buff them further.

Only activated items have a lowered cooldown.
