Stuck in Champion Select (details included) [Client]

My group of friends and I are currently stuck in Champion select. http://i.imgur.com/LNjTUs6.jpg Viktor as shown in the link has not been able to lock in, and the timer has run out.

After waiting to see if the client would kick us eventually someone gave up and left as seen here: http://i.imgur.com/GP9o4V2.jpg yet it does not close the queue for the rest of the team.
