Lucian causes lag spike

Whenever lucian uses an ability and double hits after, my screen like stops until the animation of that is over.

It seems to happen with classic lucian, not with all the skins, but it is very annoying.

I've been experiencing this problem for the longest time but it hasn't bothered me so much back then, but it's starting to get annoying as more and more people playing lucian.
