First day on the internet? the "i" and "L" can easily be swapped, multiple instances in that ign.
I - Capital 'i'
l - Lower-case 'L'
The 'L' is slightly taller, but the font is also different in game, so that might be it.
They both suck so it's all good.

One is flatts flounder and the other is fiatts fiounder (with capital i's substituting the l's)
The one is spelled "fLatts fLounder" and the other is spelled "fiatts fiounder". Capital i looks like a lowercase L.

As many said before me, it's just a play around with capital i and lower L-s :)
that's super weird. i've heard of a bug where you can change your username to the same thing as your friend but then it merges your accounts together and only 1 of you can log on at a time. if they were playing different champs then that's not what's happening.
