Champion Select

I dont know what the problem is and how i can fix it but when i start champion select everything is working fine , then when i have to select a champ my connection falls out , right after the 30Seconds its working again but then the pick is over already and i get -3Lp then -10Lp and then again -10Lp and now i have to wait 3 hours ? (happened 3 times this day already)

What the hell can i do about it that the server is crap. And no its not my internet because everything is working great untill i have to pick.
