[GAMEPLAY] Renekton E dash causes cursor to turn into targeting reticle

On Renekton, when using his Slice and Dice (E) to dash through minions, neutral creeps or enemy champions, your cursor which is usually the pointing gold glove, turns into a targeted ability reticle. This seems to be the case when you change directions in your second dash (DICE) through a different set of enemies. When this change has occurred you cannot left click on enemies or champions to view their portrait/items/buffs or the minimap to view that area of the map say if you wanted to teleport or see how gankable an enemy laner could be, so a potentially worrisome bug overall. The only way to get this bug to go away is to replicate the process again until the reticle turns back into your golden glove cursor. Sometimes the bug is hard to replicate, so I have included a video to see.

1. Dash through enemy unit
2. Instead of dashing again straight, change directions to dash through another enemy.
3. Try clicking on anything with your left click and realize you can't because you're game is telling you you are about to target something

I've tried this on 3 different skins, in norms, ranked and custom games and I asked a friend to replicate it as well, which he was able to do. Doesn't seem to be affected by any items, it can happen as soon as you put one point in Slice and Dice (E)
