Buying a champion on windows 10 computer

Can anyone help with me buying a champion. I tried the sore with no success it said session expired but couldn't find a solution. But i went to the profile with the champions to unlock a champion but i get a error message saying i can't unlock a champion at this time. And i really would like some guideline or help to fix this issue and unlock champions my first time playing.
