Kindred Passive Not Working

Recently played a game as Kindred, had Bloodrazor, Blade of the Ruined King and 14 stacks on my passive, but only did about 300 damage per shot to champions and even less to Baron/Dragon.

If I remember correctly, the passive isn't supposed to -not- work on elite monsters, yea?

I think there may be an issue with items overlapping the passive damage
