[GAMEPLAY] Sion's passive causes packet loss and causes screen to freeze when he dies

Sion's passive causes packet loss for me and freezes my screen. Happens every single game I play with a Sion.

It's not just a once off thing and the issue is replicated every time. Once sion's passive runs out I freeze for a good second or two
