Windowed/ borderless switching Does Not fix this I've noticed this is happening with GW2 also......

Try fiddling with your resolution settings in a custom game. It's probably set to the wrong one.
A question: Is your whole client shifted or is it just in-game? If the whole client is shifted, then you can resize it with ctrl+/-
I have trouble using my item presets in game. Can't seem to find them?
