Rammus taunt bug

I hope these bugs to be fixed as soon as possible so i hope making this thread will help. I play alot of rammus so these bugs happen almost every game.

So when you taunt an enemy champion while the enemy champion is just entering a bush, taunt goes on cooldown and it does not do anything to the enemy champion. And when you taunt a jungle creep that is attacking another champion friendly or enemy it does not do anything. Fix pls kthx bye
