Accepting a game

This bug has happened like a good four times today. I will go into the lobby and ready up for urf. The screen pops up and I press accept. And I am sitting there waiting, the queue is still going and the accept button is still black. Then it stops, like a person did not accept, the twist is, I am the one who did not press accept. Because of this I have to now wait 15 mins to play a game. I know I pressed the accept button, but this bug is killing me.

This happen to anyone else?
