[GAMEPLAY] Caitlyn's ult still shows as on cooldown when it's canceled due to target getting killed.

After Caitlyn ults, her little circle thingy goes into the cooldown mode, but clicking on it pings it as up. So far it's only when her original target is killed, so the ult cooldown is refunded.
