Fix the completely broken client

It seems like every game now someone either can't load in, crashes, disconnects or crashes in champ select and its almost like it happens to at least 1/10 people. Its nothing to do with people's specifications, latency issues, etc.. (Some cases, sure. However the majority it is the garbage league client).

When I get a dodge timer or a loss in LP for the client breaking and making me completely not load in, etc.. then what the hell am I supposed to do? Especially when support has nothing to offer about it except do a hextech repair or restart the router which fixes N/A.

I had to completely restart league only to come back to a dodge timer. Same thing happens when loading into league, the game freezes and you have no idea if it's someone else loading or yourself until the game blackscreens. Then you get to log back into an awesome LP loss, series loss or leaverbuster. I think riot should at the very least dedicate some of the resources they put into teamfight tactics and fix the damn client. This is just one of the issues this season that has gotten worse and is one of the more gamebreaking when it comes to the utterly broken automation AI that throws out bans and leaverbusters whenever it can.
