Loading Screen Hard Freeze?

I had 3 games last night where other people joined late because their loading screen froze and they had to restart, I also had 1 game last night where mine froze and I could not alt tab or alt f4 or ctrl alt delete or anything. I had to restart the computer and rejoin the game.
