Changing skins not working?

"there was a problem setting your skin please try again later" is the message i keep getting when im trying to switch my malzahar skin from default to another in this case the hextech version could i please get a solution to this as i have been looking for one for quite some time now thanks.

Edit: skins seem to be working on everything apart from malzahar
