So appearently I had either thrown a q or ulted the enemy master yi and that rendered me unable to use my Q, R, recall and basic attacks for about 5 to 10 minutes into the game, I even tried to reconnect and nothing fixed it, it just suddenly went back to normal after a couple of minutes.
I had this too just now. exact same thing
yep same here, i thought it was my computer but seems to happen a lot with Kat. Idk if its related to her?
Same thing just just happened to me, please fix 
I tried switching computers ( from the computer i started on and where the glitch started to another computer) and the glitch still carried through so its definitely something on rito's side.
Just happened to me, very frustrating in a ranked game, its a good job her e and w were enough to win XD
Obviously this is a stealth nerf, in order to balance Katarina =P
(It's totally a bug, though)
