Can't connect to games anymore

If I'm lucky enough and my team didn't remake, I will be able to connect after 10 minutes. I assure you my internet is fine. This is really annoying since I got LeaverBuster for a second time now, and it's not even remotely my fault. Can someone please help with this? Checkout my op.gg history - the games I got into were games where I somehow managed to connect from the first try and for some I needed to restart my client several times.
