Ranked Champ Select Bug

During ranked champ select in either the banning or picking a champ phase my client bugs out and the timer gets stuck at 0seconds and forces me to dodge. I cant either click ban or chose a champ. This is a recurring issue and i have initiated a full repair multiple times but nothing has changed. Quite an annoying bug because i keep getting dodge timers and have lost a lot of LP. Has anyone else encountered this bug and managed to find a solution?

SAME! I'm tired of getting the queue dodge timer because of this stupid bug! I have to force close on it. And I've noticed that I don't have sound sometimes and usually that's when it happens but sometimes it happens when I still have sound. RIOT, please help....

SAME THING HAPPENS I'm so annoyed that this has no attention on it or any people at riot replying to people!
