Janna bug?
I am not sure if it is a bug or not. But, while playing as janna when I hit heacrim with a tornado mid dash, he popped up and I still took the damage even though he was not even close.

Just something that hecarim does. If he starts the attack animation of his E it will deal dmg and knock the target back
