cant access "featured" page of the store

So i cant click on the store button on the home page of the client to access the store because the featured page will not load. I can click the 2 boxes that have the most recent releases (Right now 8/19/2016 it is SKT T1 Azir and SKT T1 Ryze) and that will take me to the skins tab in the store which loads fine. It's just a bit annoying because i cant immediately see what on sale or see whats new. If anyone knows how to fix this please help me.
