Vlad Bonus Scaling Bug (Gameplay)

I was playing Vlad on Twisted Treeline and after I bought Wooglet's, I noticed that it gave no bonus AP. I looked at the tooltip and I did a quick number crunch on Vlad's Passive and thought that there was some missing AP. I decided to run a custom game and try out both Wooglet's and Cinderhulk (since it also gives a % increase) to see whether or not Vlad was getting his scalings. I went with an empty Rune and Mastery page for easier calculations. It seems that the tooltip for Wooglet's says 0 but is still giving the AP. Wooglet's shows proper bonus AP on other champions that I have bought it on, so it may be Vlad specific. However Cinderhulk broke poor Vlad. His passive reads -0 after purchasing Cinderhulk. Cinderhulk still gives its extra HP and reads correctly in the tooltip, but it overrides Vlads passive.

tldr: Wooglet tooltip broken on Vlad. Cinderhulk breaks Vlad passive giving him -0 bonus HP.
