client respond very slow, take 2min to get into the lobby interface, then take almost 3 min when accept into the game, which some times, if i am first ban i will get throw out of game for not banning champions. also some times when i get into the game, the client still shows that i am in the queue

Those options get rid of all the animations and makes the client way faster. Also improves your ingame FPS because the client closes once the game starts.
