In Game Glitch

While Playing in the Game Itself Since 5pm 7/7/2016 the bottom portion of my screen is cut off. Restarting the game didnt help, it happen in every game custom, ranked, draft. Restarting my computer didnt help either someone in game told me this was happening to them also :(
