[CLIENT] Gifting at the same time (Same IP?) gives a free skin

My girlfriend and I recently found a bug where in that when we Mystery Skin gift each other simultaneously, (same house, same internet IP [possibly relevant]), the client will register as one of us spending RP while the other does not. The skin which either one of us received will not appear in either the gifting sent/gift received history but will none the less be usable. Thus giving a free skin.

1. both parties have RP
2. both parties select to "Mystery Skin" gift each other
3. both parties submit gift at the same time
4. one skin goes through and RP is deducted while the other usually pops up an error but the other party still receive a skin (no RP deducted)

First time this occurred was during the Draven Draven event to which we thought it was just a once off but when repeated the exact same result occurred.
