Remake vote bug unfairly costing LP (but, no, let's focus on a disconnected from chat bug)

I've heard of this bug happening to other players but it's the first time it's happened to me, so here's to making a report that will hopefully (finally) be noticed.

Basically, if you disconnect from the game, but still come back with plenty of time (at least 1 minute) until a remake vote, the team can still start a remake vote and you lose LP anyway.

This is so stupid because I was there with my laner, protecting her and even died to save her, but the remake prompt still showed up about 20 seconds later. So I still come back in the game, with plenty of time to make it in lane, died doing my job, and still get punished from this stupid remake bug.
