I just won one of my prmos go to check it on the leagues slot in profile and see i have a a failed match then a victory. I lost my match before i won but that was a normals match. So how does that apply to my ranked at all? Must be a bug.
Rito already knows you don't deserve higher rank, so they 'failed it for you. 
If you think there was an issue with your promos, you'll need to send a request to player support. They are the folks with tools to investigate.

i have heard f this happening before, if it is the same this it is a visual bug, the previous game does not count for the promos and it keeps going...so u "play" 4 games but the first one not part of the promos does not count.... i hope that is what happened with you and u win

oh, and support is next to useless if you keep playing games, so for instance stop playing any games if you want to contact support about this issue, the last time i have knowledge of something like this happening and the player contacted support, support eventually got back to them, after 3(?) different support people handed it off to each other, and then the response was, well you have played too many games since the incident occurred so we dont really know...sry good luck next time
