Game not loading once I pass champ select.

I queued up for some league with a friend. After champ select I was immediately sent to the reconnect screen, as if I had left that match and closed the client. After numerous attempts at trying to reconnect nothing happened, not even a loading bar. I reported the bug via the bottom right of the client. I then closed out of the game and tried the hextech repair tool and followed the recommended instructions. I reopen League and encounter the same issue. I then proceed to fully uninstall the game and still I am getting the same error. I finally attempted to do a full repair from the settings screen, again, to no success. I have now AFK'd twice in a row and am lost, I really hope I do not get my honor reset or penalized for this. Anyone encounter the same bug? Thanks. Edit: I am not even able to load into a custom game or a co-op vs. AI. I am playing on NA V9.11 Edit: Two days later I was able to load into a custom game finally, I then decided to try a novice Co-op vs. AI game and I was able to play for about five minutes then the same error would happen.
