Unable to purchase Akali from shop

I went to buy Akali from the shop as I have saved up the blue essence for her (3150BE) and can't seem to purchase her for some reason. I have attached a link to 3 screenshots of my client. The first screenshot shows the shop not even having her as an option to purchase, the second shows my collection revealing that I do not already own her, and the third is whenever I click on Akali through the collection and hit the unlock option with it telling me that this content is no longer available for purchase. I haven't been able to find anything about Akali becoming legacy content so I figured this is a bug with the client.
