[GAMEPLAY] Surprise Party Fiddlesticks Model Animation Bug

On Surprise Party Fiddlesticks skin model will freeze it's whole movement (of the animation, not the character), while standing still, dancing or even weirder - while in Zhonya it moves!

1. Stand still for a few seconds, the model animation will freeze.
2. Dance (Ctrl + 3), after a few seconds the model animation will freeze.
3. Activate Zhonya and you will notice the model animation moving (partly) like it's in a big time lag.

I've tried this over 4 games now (different maps as well) and it persists to happen. It's just a VISUAL bug, not an actual movement one, but still annoying.
