Glitches - Apparently League has a new one.

Apparently... a new glitch has started, where you can cause your opponents to not get any IP/LP for winning. they get stuck on the "skip waiting for stats" menu indefinitely... and the match shows up in their history, as mine is here... but no IP or LP increase at all.
